Doctor of Chiropractic & Owner
Dr. Dhillon was born in Leicester, England in 1971 and immigrated to Canada at the age of 10. Since that age, Dr Dhillon has resided in the North Kildonan area of Winnipeg attending Maple Leaf Elementary, Donwood Elementary, Chief Peguis Junior High, and Miles MacDonell Collegiate. He attended the University of Manitoba attaining his Bachelor of Science with honors in Microbiology in 1994. Dr. Dhillon completed his doctorate in Chiropractic in 1998 attending Northwestern College of Chiropractic, now known as Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. Dr. Dhillon opened his first chiropractic clinic on McLeod Ave in 1998 and that is where he currently practices to this day. Dr. Dhillon also opened McLeod Massage Therapy Clinic, Logan Family Chiropractic, and East St. Paul Family Chiropractic. Dr. Dhillon has served as past vice president of the Manitoba Chiropractors Association (MCA) and was involved on the Complaints Committee, Standards Committee, and Negotiations Committee. Currently Dr. Dhillon is the Liaison Chair between the MCA and Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) and Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI). When not at the clinic, Dr. Dhillon can be found on the golf course or at his local gym.

Doctor of ChiropracticDr. Block was born and raised just outside of Selkirk, Manitoba. She attended the University of Manitoba where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree and then moved to Bloomington , Minnesota and completed her doctorate in Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2011. She joined McLeod Chiropractic immediately after graduation and continues to practice in the same location.

Dr. Block is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in the Webster Technique utilized in cases where a baby may be in a breach position. Though she has a special interest in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic, Dr. Block will provide chiropractic care to patients of all ages. Dr. Block is also certified in the Graston technique, which can be utilized for musculoskeletal conditions such as frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and tendonitis.

When not at the clinic, Dr. Block enjoys spending time with her husband Adam and their three children, Sterling, Ella, and Ethan. They definitely enjoy their time outdoors or at the family cabin near Gimli, Manitoba.

Dr. Cynzia Virgilio was raised in the North Kildonan area of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The chiropractic health field has fascinated her since she was very young and after interning at a chiropractic office in her middle years, her career choice became clear. Dr. Virgilio attended the University of Winnipeg and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After graduation, she moved to Marietta, Georgia in the United States and attended Life University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2008.


Dr. Virgilio met her husband while in chiropractic school and they moved to South Carolina to open their chiropractic & wellness office. She became Board Certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in the United States and licensed in South Carolina by S.C. Board of Chiropractic Examiners. In 2012 they made the decision to move home to Winnipeg in order to live closer to Dr. Virgilio's large Italian family. Dr. Virgilio became a licensed chiropractor in Canada and a member of the Manitoba Chiropractors Association.

Dr. Virgilio is experienced in the Activator technique and chooses to utilize it for a large portion of her chiropractic practice. The Activator is an alternative to manual manipulation of the spine or extremity joints and allows her to treat complaints literally from head to toe.

Dr. Virgilio is also pleased to offer Apollo Cold Laser Therapy to treat a variety of pain syndromes. Apollo manufactures one of the most powerful, FDA cleared, cold lasers on the market. Cold lasers are painless, non-invasive, drug-free pain management tools. They help heal a wide range of chronic and acute syndromes and diseases such as Rotator Cuff Tendinitis, Low Back Sprain/Strain, to Plantar Fasciitis.

Her goal is to provide you quality healthcare using an integrative approach with a caring touch, while also empowering you to manage your health day-to-day through education and prevention.

Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Stanton was born and raised in the small town of Dillon, South Carolina. He is a second generation chiropractor and was exposed to chiropractic since birth by his father who currently is still in practice in Dillon. Dr. Stanton received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina. His doctorate in Chiropractic degree was obtained from Life University Chiropractic College located in Marietta, Georgia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Soon after graduating, Dr. Stanton and his wife, Dr. Cynzia Virgilio opened a chiropractic and wellness office in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Dr. Stanton joined McLeod Chiropractic in 2018 where he utilizes techniques such as full spine manual adjusting, Activator, and Thompson Drop Table.

Dr. Stanton is a proud dad of two active boys. Outside of the clinic Dr Stanton is an avid hunter and fisherman enthusiast. Watching college football is also a favorite pastime.

Amy Hryshko RMT

(Remedial Massage Therapist)

Amy Hryshko was born and raised in East St. Paul, Manitoba. She completed her massage therapy certification at Robertson College graduating with honors in 2023. She is currently registered with RMTSMB.

Amy tailors each treatment individually and focuses on therapeutic treatments to reduce pain, increase mobility, and improve daily quality of life. Amy values open communication with her patients to ensure she provides the best possible treatment. Massage therapy techniques utilized include TMJ massage, trigger point release, active muscle release, GTO release techniques, and a variety of stretching methods.

Lana Jankovic

Integrative Health and Fitness Coach

Lana Jankovic is an Integrative Health and Fitness Coach with over 6 years of professional experience helping patients achieve lasting health and lifestyle changes. She is certified through ISSA in fitness nutrition and personal training. Lana also completed her degree in Human Ecology (Family Social Services) with a minor in Psychology. Prior to becoming a fitness coach, Lana worked 15 years as a social worker. Originally from Bosnia, Lana immigrated to Canada during the war in the 1990s. After giving birth to two children, she began her own fitness journey losing over 50 lbs and competing in fitness and bodybuilding competitions. This transformation was the catalyst for her passion to help others become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Lana’s coaching focuses first on building strong foundations such as healthy routines. She guides patients through a step by step journey to improve energy, lose fat while building and maintaining muscle, and achieving sustainable long lasting results. Her phased approach ensures that every patient progresses safely and effectively toward long lasting health transformation.

Lana has coached hundreds of patients through personalized fitness, nutrition, supplement, hydration, and cardio programs with ongoing assessments, accountability, and support. Specializing in women's health, Lana provides focused guidance for those navigating peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause, addressing the unique challenges of this stage in life with proper training, nutrition, and supplementation. Drawing on her extensive background in social work and psychology, Lana also incorporates mindset coaching, helping patients identify and overcoming limiting beliefs (scotomas) that hold them back from achieving their goals.

Jennifer Macrae

Jennifer has been the office manager at McLeod Chiropractic since March 2019. She is the first person you will see when you enter the clinic where you will always be met with a warm greeting and a big friendly smile. Jen has over 20 years experience in the retail industry where she met Dr. Dhillon’s wife who would bring in their children for pictures at the Sears Photo Studio. She did not realize that interaction and friendship would maintain itself over 20 years and she would eventually work for Dr. Dhillon

Jen attended Prairieview School for Photography in 2009-2010. She also has a passion for baking and cycling in her spare time. She has joined the Great Cycle Challenge raising money to fight children’s cancer through cycling and has increased her cycling goal by 100 km each year

Carla joined the McLeod Chiropractic team in December 2024 after retiring from an Orthodontic clinic. With 20 years of office administrative experience, Carla’s goal is to help the team maintain its high level of care while providing friendly, efficient patient service. Outside of the clinic Carla enjoys taking care of her pets, enjoying music, bowling, and flower gardening.
